Powder jet pile method for soft soil foundation treatment

Powder jet pile method, with special equipment, the reinforcing binder powder materials (cement or lime) through transmission of compressed air, and mix with soil, to produce physical and chemical reactions after full forming a certain strength pile. This method is a kind of soft soil foundation treatment method for improving soil quality and foundation strength. It can be widely applied to foundation reinforcement such as soft soil, sludge, miscellaneous fill and soft clay.



Powder jet pile is a deep mixing method in soft foundation treatment, which is using compressed air to transport lime and cement and other powder material in soft soil, in situ soil mixing, compaction, exchange, coagulation.
