Composition of soil remediation system

The remediation system includes soil pretreatment system, medicament mixing system and seepage control system.

1.Pretreatment system. Crushing, screening or adding soil amendments to the excavated contaminated soil. The system equipment includes crushing screen, bucket, excavator, bulldozer and so on.

2.Medicament mixing system. The medicament mixing system of contaminated soil and chemicals can be divided into two types according to the mixing methods of the equipment: Adopt internal mixing equipment, that is, inner mixing cavity, mixing contaminated soil and chemicals evenly in the equipment; Adopt external mixing equipment, that is, excavator mixing head, which need to set up reaction pool or reaction field, contaminated soil and chemicals are evenly mixed in a reactor or reaction chamber by mixing equipment. The system equipment includes walking type soil conditioner, shallow soil mixer and so on.

3.The impervious system is a reaction pool or a reaction field with impermeability, which prevents leakage and prevents the mixing equipment from damaging it. Usually there are two ways, one uses impervious concrete structure, one is to use impermeable membrane structure plus protective layer.
